After a huge demand, the Little Apple Festival is back for 2014 - after an amazing first year showcasing incredible bands and talent from all over the country and world, a huge selection of delicious cyders, you can expect big colorful marquees such as the Golden Delicious acoustic cafe, The Big Little Apple Top, Granny Smith's Dance Emporium and a new feature for 2014 - - The Pink Lady Burlesque tent.... 3 days of incredible festivities, sea shanties, a huge selection of world class bands and musicians, dancing and fun for all the family including free tractor rides, Cyder sampling, delicious grub and loads of activities all on the beautiful working Cyder farm that is Healey's, where the famous Rattler is created. The Venue

Healey's Cyder Farm is centrally located in Cornwall, just a couple of miles off the main A30.

We are easy to find, and are situated on the A3075 Redruth/Newquay road at the tiny hamlet of Penhallow. Look out for the brown tourist signs. For Sat Nav use postcode TR4 9LW.

The Little Apple is a 3 day music festival, based around the delicious beverage that is so vastly celebrated in the West Country - Cyder!

Located within the beautiful grounds of Healey's 150-year-old working Cider farm in the rolling Cornish hills, where the famous ‘Cornish Scrumpy’, ‘Rattler’ and even Cornish Cyder Brandy are created. This will be three days of music, activities and a whole world of fun for the entire family.

Four beautiful big tops of music and entertainment such as The legendary Granny Smith’s Dance Emporium which will transform into a silent disco in the wee hours... The Big Little Apple top where major headline acts will be getting the shindig firing on all cylinders, The Golden Delicious Acoustic Tent with some of the best local and international folk and acoustic artists and new for 2014 – The Pink Lady Burlesque tent with alternative dancing and a selection of fantastic Burlesque entertainment

There will be 100 live acts and 100 different types of Cyder (and a few ales thrown in for good measure) from across the UK and beyond..


Included in the ticket price is a tractor and trailer ride through Healey’s Orchards, and lots of samples in the farm shop!

Live music from local acts and international headliners will be keeping everyone entertained all day and night, with other activities such as the inter-pub tug of war contest, battle of the sea shanties, hoe downs, barn dances and kids workshops.

A selection of Ciders and ales from all over the UK and further afield will be served all day alongside delicious festival food, sausages, hog roasts and many other mouth watering treats.

Tickets are only £12 for all weekend access to the Festival, under 14’s are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Ticket holders can come and go as they please over the course of the weekend.

Gates will open at 4pm on Friday 12th September and the event finishes at 10pm on Sunday 14th September.

Camping is available on site for only £25 per person whether using a tent, car (Sleeping in cars counts as camping ;) or campervan, so make sure you buy this option to make the most of The Big Apple. (this price includes all weekend access to the festival)



General Information

The Festival opens at 4pm Friday, 12th September onwards

People are free to come and go from the festival over the weekend providing wristbands are worn at all times.

No Alcohol or glass to be brought onto the site

A selection of delicious festival food will be on site including veggie options

Under 14’s are free when accompanied by a parent/guardian (no more than 2 under 14’s per adult – any more will be charged at the regular ticket price).


Toilets and Showers for camping/campervans are available on site

Tickets for Camping and campervans are sold on a per person basis, not per tent basis :)

Caravans are allowed, although no facilities such as power/waste disposal is on site

No fires/BBQ’s are permitted in the camping area

No Dogs

Tents may be pitched at any time

Campers and Camper vans can arrive from midday on Friday – please note that any camping vehicles must access the camping area before 6PM on any given day, once parked up on site, no vehicles will be permitted to move after 6pm until 7am due to health and safety reasons.

Wristband Collection

Simply bring your Eticket print out to the entrance of the festival at Healey’s Cider Farm with ID, where it will be exchanged for wristband(s) anytime from 12pm Friday 12th September – Wristband collection will be available for the entire duration of the event – If you have bought an E-ticket with your credit card details and have given it to someone else, simply drop us an email to let us know their name and we will make sure that person can gain access

Disabled access

Festival is on short grass on firm land – Disabled access toilets will be provided
