Festival Essentials 2024

Everything you need to know

Do you have a question? The answer you are looking for is here!

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, strictly no dogs allowed at the festival, in the camping area, in your, your van or anywhere else on the grounds of Healey’s Cyder Farm. This includes little dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, funny dogs, sad dogs, well behaved dogs, dogs with bad attitudes, stuffed dogs, dogs disguised as cats, old dogs, young dogs and middle-aged dogs. Please don’t ask if you can bring your dog. You can’t bring your dog. Assistance dogs are welcome of course please contact us to arrange.

Can I camp for only part of the festival?

To stay on site overnight on any given night, weekend camping tickets must be purchased for each person staying. It is not possible to purchase camping tickets on a per night basis.

You can of course buy weekend camping tickets and just stay for one night.

Can I Upgrade my Weekend Ticket To a Camping Weekend Ticket

Yes, you can upgrade a weekend ticket to a weekend camping ticket on the ticket page. Please note you can not buy an upgrade camping ticket with a weekend non-camping day ticket, it is only for weekend ticket upgrades. Weekend camping tickets are for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, We do not offer 1-night camping tickets.

Can I sleep in my car?

If you wish to sleep in your car, you must have a campervan pitch ticket (that fits your car), and each occupant must have a weekend camping ticket. We do not advise sleeping in your car, instead we recommend you bring a tent and camp in the tent camping field.

Tents are not permitted in the car parks (or any other vehicle field) and cars are not permitted in tent camping fields.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Bringing alcohol into the festival is strictly prohibited, however, a small amount is allowed within the campsite. No more than – 1 bottle of spirits, 3 bottles of wine, 1 crate of lager or cider per person. Security will confiscate any alcohol that is deemed more than appropriate for personal consumption. Please do not bring any glass onto the site, decant into suitable containers.

Do I need to bring cash or cards?

Vendors will take a mixture of cash and cards, so please bring both. The bars are taking card and cash, the correct change is welcomed – so please bring £1s, 50ps and small denomination notes if you wish to use cash.

Why do I have to pay to park?

We want to encourage car sharing. This gives us more room in the car parks, reduces congestion on local roads and helps us plan our logistics. We feel £12.50 per car is more than reasonable.

All vehicles require a car park pass (unless you have a motorhome / campervan pitch booked). Vehicles cannot be parked next to tents and tents cannot be in the car park areas. Our car parks have 24 hour security, but with all car parks vehicles and their contents are left at the owners risk and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

If you wish to sleep in your car in the car park each occupant requires a camping ticket.

What time does the festival start and finish?

We open our gates at midday on Friday 8th September for all. Friday and Saturday nights go on till 01:30. For the early risers, the festival site opens at 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast will be available in the campsite.

The Campsite will open from 10am Friday 8th September so you can setup camp and get ready for the weekend ahead!

We ask all campers to vacate the site by midday on Monday 11th September

Can I get a ticket refund?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our tickets, however we have partnered with Tixel as our official ticket reseller. Selling tickets anywhere other than Tixel is strongly discouraged.
If you are experiencing issues selling your tickets, please reach out to the Tixel support team: https://tixel.com/uk/little-orchard-cider-and-music-tickets
