Only customers holding a valid e-Ticket will be admitted to the Event.
Tickets are uniquely named, bar-coded and allow one person entry. It is your responsibility to arrive at the festival site with a valid, printed e-ticket, and you MUST present additional ID to confirm it is your ticket. Anyone who is unable to present a valid wristband on request from any of the Little Orchard team or Security staff will be asked to leave site, so please keep your wristband safe.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday Day tickets will be given coloured wristbands that permit entry to the site for THAT DAY ONLY. You will not be allowed to bring camping equipment on site or sleep in your car, and will be unable to gain access to the festival site on any other day.
Weekend ticket holders can leave and return to the site at any time provided wristbands are worn.

Sorry but we can’t allow any dogs on site, unless registered Guide or Hearing dogs. If you arrive with your dog you will NOT be permitted access to the car park. Anyone found to have brought their dog on site will be asked to leave and will have their wristband removed. We love pooches, and a hot festival car park is not the place for them.

We allow a reasonable amount of alcohol to be brought in to the camping area: Check out the FAQ’s for more info.
Food
There will be plenty of food stalls serving a variety of meals and snacks throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks into the campsite but we do ask that you please try and minimise your pre-packaged food waste and do not bring glass.
Camping
Camping includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, we ask that everyone vacates the camping areas by midday on Monday, 11th September and take all belongings with them. Anything left behind will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly. You can set up camp from 10am on Friday morning. Please note, this is a very popular arrival time and there can be long queues to access the site, we would recommend arriving later if possible.
Campervan, motorhome and caravan awnings are accepted but must fit within the allocated pitch of 8x4m for a motorhome/caravan. You must ensure you purchase the correct ticket type that includes an awning. Tents are NOT permitted in any of these areas for safety. The festival is a very short walk from the parking and camping area, approximately a three-minute walk.
Camping vehicles, please bring plenty of your own water. The water and showers are supplied in the main campsite which is approximately a five-minute walk from the campervan area. There are no electric hookups on site, and generators are not permitted.
If you wish to sleep in your car, you will be required to purchase a campervan ticket, and each occupant will have to have a weekend camping ticket. Cars that are being slept in, will be within the car parks. Tents are not permitted next to any vehicle in any field. Cars are not permitted in the camping fields. Tents are restricted to the camping area only and are not allowed next to vehicles in the car park or campervan / motorhome or caravan area. The camping field is near the car park so it is not far to walk with your tent/belongings. People do tend to favour the use of wheelbarrows / pull along trolleys to aid with the movement of camping gear.
To stay on-site overnight on any given night, weekend camping tickets must be purchased for each person staying. It is not possible to purchase camping tickets on a per-night basis.
Toilets, showers and fresh water are all available within the main campsites, and there are further fresh water drinking points within the main festival site.
Any vehicle being slept in overnight will also need a valid campervan or motorhome pitch (depending on the size of vehicle), which can be purchased online or at the box office. Ticket are cheaper if bought online in advance.
Trailer tents are treated the same as caravans and will require a caravan pitch ticket per trailer tent as well as weekend camping tickets per person sleeping overnight in the trailer tents.
